This is an exciting time for our company, and we are glad that
you would like to join our family of Priority Green product
distributors. Following is some information to answer our most
commonly asked questions.
Distributor Requirements
The main requirement as a potential distributor of our products
is to maintain a minimum order of 4 units.
Also, since each of our distributors is special, we do not
offer exclusive agreements.
When you place an order, we must give our warehouse 48 hours
notice to arrange a shipment. Also, we take one or two days
to enter the order here at our office (and we are closed on
Fridays). For your first order, please allow two weeks or so,
just in case there is a delay or problem.
We require that you prepay your first order. Subsequent orders
can be shipped on net 30 terms following the completion of
a credit agreement and subsequent approval.
You will be responsible for the cost of freight. We use UPS
ground and will add the freight charge to our order. If you
wish to use another shipper, please let us know when you place
the order.
If you are located within the state of Pennsylvania, we will
require the completion of a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
if you do not want to pay state sales tax.
