Priority Green's MTER Emitter is fully encased, making it impervious to moisture, gas and oil. It is also designed to withstand the intense heat of engine compartments, trunks and the interior of light bars where the greenhouse effect can send temperatures above 85 degrees centigrade.

These features give the installer great flexibility when locating a mounting location on the vehicle. The MTER emitter can even be mounted on the exterior of the vehicle where it is exposed to the elements.

The mounting plate on the MTER emitter is removable for even more mounting options. Installing the MTER without the mounting plate does not effect heat and weather resistance.

The MTER is equipped with a thermal sensor which will automatically disable the unit to prevent damage to the unit and to ensure proper operation (see Modes of Operation for more information about the Disable Mode).
