Priority Green Warranty

Priority Green warrants properly installed, operated and maintained models MPE, MMER, MMER2 and MiniCube, sold after June 1, 2006, to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original end-use purchaser, in the original installation for a period of five (5) years. This warranty is limited to federal, state and local government agencies as well as fire, police, ambulance and emergency service organizations.

During the warranty period, Priority Green will repair or replace (at its option) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit that are defective in material or workmanship. Priority Green will return a repaired or replacement unit, transportation cost prepaid.

Xenon flashtubes (applicable to MPE only) purchased from Priority Green are warranted for twelve (12) months from date of purchase; provided that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Priority Green does not warrant any xenon flashtube or strobe emitter that has NOT been purchased from Priority Green. (See MPE Warranty Addendum)

This warranty is not applicable to any Priority Green product that has failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that affects, in the manufacturer’s judgment, the product’s intended use and service, or units that have been physically and visibly damaged in the event of a full or partial destruction of the equipment in which the unit was installed. Priority Green will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility or liability for expenses incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair; nor the packaging, handling, and shipping to Priority Green; nor for the handling of products returned from the repair center after service or repair.

Priority Green reserves the right to modify this warranty statement at any time; or discontinue, modify, or upgrade any products of its manufacture with design improvements without prior notice.
The above warranty is between the end consumer (ultimate user) and Priority Green (manufacturer). Each Priority Green product sold is covered only by the official warranty in effect at time of purchase.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

STEPS TO BE TAKEN FOR RETURNS:
1. Call (610) 344-7593 and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
2. Priority Green products are to be returned freight prepaid to the following address:

3. A copy of the sales receipt may be required to be sent with the defective unit to qualify for warranty coverage from date of purchase.
4. Include a complete description of the problem.
5. Include your name, address, and daytime telephone number.
6. Priority Green will return, via UPS Ground the repaired or replaced unit freight prepaid.

MPE Warranty Addendum: We’re going to skip the legal jargon here. We know that some of you are gadget freaks, and are fascinated with how this product (The MPE) works. However . .  the high voltage module and strobe tube have been threadlocked into place – we can tell if you have taken the unit apart. If a unit is found to have been disassembled our repair charge will be based upon time and materials, and in no case will this be less the $75.00 USD.
